Why is Jared a jugallo if they're just a bunch of small time criminals (also fans of a shitty band) and he's like all about peace and stuff (don't think I'm talking without knowing about jared or hed pe) I mean he always talks about how "...the population started to turn with the HOODS and the GANGSTERS leading the way" and the jugallos are just gangsters as far as I could find out about them.. So jared is about peace and love (he even says that exact same statement in Truth Rising) why?????

I agree with you that the Juggalo culture reflects that of gang life, and may attract people of that lifestyle, or wannabe lifestyle, some of the anti establishment messages the Juggalo music goes along with what they're saying. Maybe not as clear as the messages in hed pe's recent albums, but enough in line.
But that's just my opinion on the matter.
