GReddy Profec B Spec II: PSI to KPA mode change

Sound didn't work on my camera so here is what i said:

1. Make sure the unit is the "OFF" mode. Hold the Select button to turn the unit off. In this mode, turning the SET knob will only make "OFF" flash.

2. To get the unit into "x100 KPA" mode, hold the select button and hit the mode button quickly twice. "x100 KPA" will appear. To get the mode back into "PSI" mode, do the same thing and "x100 KPA" will disappear letting you know that you are in PSI mode.

3. Hold the select button down until [HI] or [LO] appears to power the unit back on.

Is the Profec B Spec II solenoid suppose to be making a clicking sounds when under boost? I don't know if it's normal, but mine is.

yes, that means it's working. it's bleeding out the pressure to keep the boost at what you set.

@GPPAP2 any way to make it less noisy? didnt use to be loud

@thfelipeth do you mean the clicking noise? you can relocate it further away from your firewall, not sure what else you could do. shouldn't have gotten louder though.

Dam Greddy Manual need to be more clear on how fast and how slow the buyer nees to push buttom to change setting.
