Dating back to 1228 and once the estate of the Guinness family, the luxurious 5 Star Ashford Castle first opened as a hotel in 1939.
Voted "Best Resort" in Ireland by Conde Nast in 2008, and 2nd Best Resort in Europe, it was our pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel.
