@doodlepups He is showing tolerance. He's being very gentle with the little one, just displaying quite clearly that he doesn't want to play. The Lhasa is young, displaying puppy behaviour.

Little dog,you're skating on very thin ice but what the hell! Nice GSD but could show more tolerance to the tiny dog,he only wants a game after all, it's not a show of dominance or anything.
