@OfficerSheepDog it means it's making 245 horsepower (5 x the power of my Nissan Micra revved balls out) at just 1750 rpm. That's enough power to do 150mph (if it had a super high gear), using only half its power.

A Bugatti Veyron gearbox would handle that torque. This thing has as much torque as a Veyron, just at a lower rev, so it would perform a bit like a veyron that's limited to 3500 rpm, with the torque hump lower in the range.
