This tip appears to be a Pace miniwave which has a reservoir recessed into the tip to hold solder. I find the flat hoof to work better.
The lack of lighting, image quality, clarity and angle prevents the viewer from seeing the wetting and finished results.
Please compare this with my videos under the name of: jkgamm041
and you will see a significant difference which will aid your learning and development.

I actually have one, apparently. I received it this morning and was confused because it looked convex (which is why I posted the comment). But then I started using it and it became concave. I guess they must ship it with some solder in there (seems strange but whatever). It works great. Thanks for the help and the cool video.

The tip is concave and I think weller makes one usually called hoof tip, miniwave, or cup tip.
