WHOA! You GOTTA be joking mate, that vehicle was only on a floor jack!!!!! No stands and he had his legs under the vehicle, not to mention he was working inside the front wheel well......... NEVER NEVER NEVER work on or under a vehicle only supported by a hydraulic floor jack, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use stands!!!!!

@ozmid40scouple Well, I've been doing this for 44 years and still have all my fingers and toes. I do work on solid cement flat surfaces and have quality jacks, but I do use jack stands when doing long term jobs that take more than five minutes

Hey Scotty come on using gloves to repair a car, that's not a real mechanic or what are you afraid of getting you're hands dirty, there's nothing like the feeling of dirt under you're nails or getting oil all the way up to you're shoulder, besides there's a cream out in the market special for washing you're hands when they get full of oil or grease

@THORDOX yea, I used to think that, but 44 years of working on em, I use gloves. My wife got em for me decades ago, and i'm glad. A lot of bad chemicals and cuts don't reach my bloodstream that way.
