utau - sakeu is a pun on Flandre and her mental instability. The song clearly depicts two sides of Flandre; a yanderu side and a deredere side. The annotation box which is in red is her deredere side.

When she sings, it's 歌う (utau) but in the written lyrics it says 叫ウ (sakeu). Summary: The sung utau would be the deredere side, but hidden deep underneath is the true meaning of the word: SCREAM!

If you're gonna have an attitude like that, you can source me and also prove that you know Japanese by telling me a little about yourself, in Japanese. Constructive criticism is fine, but it makes me question your motives when you act like that which, in turn, makes me doubt your credibility.
