The gymnast's name is Sasha (short for Alexandra), I don't know the last name though. She was about 13 at the time, she was a jr. international elite for Russia. Also, this video is from 1994, not 1991. I have this video. It's an American coach who takes his athletes to Russia. This is the bars part where the Russian coaches show their technique and skills of their best juniors. It's about an hour long video that shows their trampoline work, for spatial awareness, at the very beginning.

triple backs of bars are not that hard to do, you just have to get alot of speed during the giants to make it around. i never competed it but i did practice it into the pit in the gym. it is almost impossible to make all three tucks around without some major "cowboying" though.
