The recruitment industry is one of the fastest growing services business in Australia - although, the recruitment industry has been around for decades. At current the industry turnover is circa $20B, employs thousands upon thousands of people thorough on-hire placements (placing temporary, casual or contract people within client companies), before even mentioning the permanent recruitment side. The Company
Consultive was formed in October 2003, establishing itself within the Melbourne market place, and forging strong relationships with some of Melbourne's premier builders & contractors, project managers and developers. The Role
As an entry into the industry, the successful candidate will first complete The Consultive Resourcer Program, designed to provide a smooth entry into the recruitment industry. The program goes for 3 months and after the first successful placement is made, you will then be promoted to Consultive Recruiter (Recruitment Consultant), we have a proven history for developing industry leading consultants. The role and the business is monitored by Key Performance Indicators, therefore, it will help if you have worked within a KPI environment.
Your Experience
Formal qualifications would be advantageous, along with sales experience and exposure to working within a commercial office environment. Your biggest assets will be your Drive, Ambition, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Self Management competencies.
The Remuneration
For the first 3 months you will be on a Consultive Resourcer salary of $40,000 + Super & Commission. Upon successful completion of The Consultive Resourcer Program and promotion to Consultive Recruiter you will receive a salary of $45,000 + Commission + Super. On Target Earnings for the first full year should see the successful candidate earn in excess of $70,000 p/a.
