Verbatim has been in touch with me. There is supposed to be a replacement CLON drive sent to me. My opinion of Verbatim will substantially increase if and when I receive it. This has not been a pleasant customer service experience for me/

@iTouchiPhoneReviewer Your review is fine. My experience with the company and the drive has not been good. The drive worked fine for me for about two months and then crapped out on me. I got in touch with Verbatim Customer support and have had nothing but grief since. I sent the drive to where i was instructed to send it and it was "returned to sender". I'm still trying to get resolution on the issue... Verbatim has lost a lot of respect from me:( The drive has no value when it fails.

Nice, i just got an Iomega Prestige 1TB HDD for £60. Its definately not portable, but its extremely good value for money! :D
