IN THIS VIDEO, watch as a DC-3 and a Global Express from the FAA Tech Center at Atlantic City International make two passes over the beach. I apologize for the poor video quality, as I was experimenting with the video camera and do not have a feel for it. In fact, most of the Atlantic City videos from Tuesday and Wednesday will not be up to my usual high quality.
