My New Tattoo

I got a new tattoo, it's a guilded or broken butterfly. The piece is from a famous photographer named Dan Winters, and is called "Broken Butterfly... appropriately so, as that's exactly what it is. A guilded butterfly cannot fly, it takes someone with true hope to believe they will.

My parents were always the ones telling me I would fly someday, that I'm broken, even when I think I am. This piece is for them. Thank you, guys. I love you more than you will ever know. Without my parents, I don't know if I would still be here today.

@Spartan7735 That actually sounds a lot like me. Thinking about sex and socializing with people of the opposite sex scares the crap out of me, though I want children (go figure). Aspergers is basically a much less severe form of autism. People with aspies tend to have mood swings and are antisocial. If you socialize well and then don't continue for several months, it's like you have to start all over again. It really, really sucks. Like learning to be a civilized, functioning member of society.

Hey, I need some help from you. Do I have Asperger's Syndrome?

-I am very socially awkward and socially inept

-I have no friends (0 friends)

-Last year of college and have been alone all 4 years

-Obsessed with computer programming (in college for software programming)

-Hypersensitive to loud noises

-I do not pick up very well on many social cues
