I make the same orkut, with the same efforts. But with one difference: In my case, I use the weight of my dick.

@JaimeinUK why the hell would your ROM be only 2-3 centimeters? the larger range you have, the more muscles you work so 2-3 cm would do hardly anything. if you cant do full pullups, just do less weight, never decrease the range of motion

Advice for guys:
When considerably increasing the weight we would like to master in the future, if you cannot do, say, 12 complete repetitions, don't do like him, 3 or 4, and rest, no!!!! try to do this instead: try and do 12 but being the range only 2-3 centimetres (you do not have to go down and then all the way up). Why? because you need both power and resistance, and this will allow your initial fibres to create both of them week after week. Be supervised by professional trainer. Good luck
