This song is as sweet as the woman singing it. Nothing quite like seeing Tori's eye's up close at Chicago theater. Tori keep it up! We love you here in Chicago.
My favorite additions to this version vocally were the ascension on the first "Dooooooooo we" and the raspy "Guuuuuyyyyyyy" at the end. I am doing to the 08/13/09 show at Radio City and am really hoping she plays this song!
Beautiful! This is my favorite song on the new album. I love the gorgeous and powerful string arrangement by John Phillip Shenale. Matt Chamberlain really gives a sensitive and dynamic performance too that captures the emotion of the song.
That said, one of the true tests of a great pop composition is its ability to transmit emotion when stripped down to only vocals and the primary instrument. As this video shows, this song passes that test easily!
I'd also like to note how incredible that audience is. There wasn't a sound from them the whole entire song, right up until the very last note. The audience I watched her with in Indianapolis was screaming and cheering throughout the whole Lizard Lounge.

Breaking up with no make up: a crudely sad solo version!
