My first HTPC Build. The video quality isn't the best but it gets the job done. Take a look at http://forum.xbmc.org/ - the guys there are really helpful.

For setup, I use eventghost as my shell, which launches straight into xbmc. I also used eventghost to program my remote. With the remote I can toggle from xbmc to Windows Media Center where I can play various game ROMS using emulators for nintendo 64, nintendo and super nintendo (this is done by using the gametime plugin for wmc and programing a wired gamestop xbox360 controller). I also have the hulu desktop plugin and xbmc plugin for wmc so I can launch both programs from wmc if needed. You can also watch Netflix from wmc with a subscription and both WMC and XBMC are able to stream online tv shows.
