Butterflies (A Stemi and Nelena Story) EP 10

Mitchel's POV: My heart was thumping hard. I was very nervous. Why? Well asking out the girl that you have a HUGE crush on was pretty nerve wracking. I prayed my voice wouldn't break.

Mitchel: Selena?

Selena: *Sitting next to Demi in class* Yeah? *looks to see who it is* Oh hey Mitchel! (Oh my gosh! he came to talk to me! Okay, okay calm down. I gotta keep it cool)

Mitchel: Um...do u...uh i mean do you...(Ugh! Man up! Your on the football team for cryin' out loud!)
Selena: What? I didn't catch that. (What's he trying to tell me)
Mitchel: *nervous* well...uh *talks fast* Uh do u want to hang out with me later? (Brilant, Mitch, just briliant. You sounded like a total wimp!)
Selena: What?
Demi: Oh for heaven sake! Mitchel is asking you out!
Selena: *to Mitchel* You are?
Mitchel: *grins nervously* Yeah. So...do you want to?
Selena: (YES I DO!!!) *talking calmly* Of coarse, Mitchel *smiles* What do you want to do?
Mitchel: Well I thought that we could go to my house and watch a movie or something tonight, but if you don't want to we-
Selena: *Cuts him off* No your house sounds fine. See you tonight! *Kisses him on the cheek and walks off.
Mitchel: Touches his cheek
Demi: Congrats, dude! *Pats him on the shoulder and walks after Selena* (He's a way better boyfriend than Nick!)

Nick's POV: I watched the whole thing inbetween Selena and Mitchel. And for some reason I instantly hated Mitchel. Was it just because Joe dated Demi that I felt protective of Selena? Yeah lets go with that. Why was I jelous anyways? Selena isn't my girlfriend! Miley is!! But why did I still feel...I don't know...funny. Yeah funny was the word...

Miley's POV: Nick sat next to me at his usual lunch spot. I could tell there was something wrong. He was being very carefull not to touch me. That was strange. I perposefully leaned against him and put my head on his shoulder. I felt him tense under me.

Miley: What's wrong?
Nick: I-I think we should break up (Is she going to yell at me?)
Miley: WHAT!!!!!
Nick: (Yup) Sorry
Miley: WHY!!'
Nick: Jeesh do u have to yell?
Miley: Okay, okay sorry. Why?
Nick: (Should I tell her the truth?) Um...well there's kind of another girl...
Miley: Kind of?
Nick: There is another girl.
Miley: Who?
Nick: Guess
Miley: I'm not up for these games! Just tell me!
Nick: Fine you asked for it. It's Selena.
Miley: You've got to be kidding! Demi's sister!
Nick: Yup
Miley: *Slaps him on the cheek and stomps walks off*

Nick's POV: Wow, that actually wasn't to bad. I was expecting was worse! Now I could go after Selena. But I guess it didn't fix the whole Mitchel problem...
