The latest tsunami Oct'10 death toll was caused by lack of maintenance of the early warning system which was so generously donated by the non muslim west, Germany to be precise. It may be nice to memorize the quran, do good deeds but if indonesians took some pains to attend to the here & now they cud have prevented the needless deaths in the latest tsunami. A really good deed wud have been to maintain the tsunami alert system.

@avicennamd i'm Indonesian and i'm sure among 130 million muslim Indonesia there's people who memorize Quran, doing good deeds, asking forgiveness from Allah and were being grateful. Tsunami is a usual catastrophic events, could happened everwhere..to muslim and non muslim, so just iqnore the bad comments
