911 Abuse: Cows On The Loose

In Dodge County, Wis., a woman calls 911 because her cows wandered into a pasture. The dispatcher informs the woman that her situation is not an emergency, and the woman begins shouting.

i saw this on smoking gun world's dumbest and no offense i taking on the woman because cows on the highway would likely cause accident and that operater say that is not valid emergency which IS IT! i wouldn't blame her for screaming that she worried about the cows and drivers on the highway

Cause it's not a friggin emergency! An emergency would be somebody HITTING the cow and resulting injuries, that was clear abuse of the emergency response system.

Why mouth-breathers like her aren't tossed into jail for putting the public at risk by tying up 911 operators is beyond me.
