The question is what is the deal with SEC people? Cheer for your own school. Fans of championship teams in the SEC are fans of those teams when they win, but revert to simple 'SEC fans' when they're teams suck. It is a form of fair-weather fandom. If Arkansas won, all the fans would be touting their awesome Arkansas team. Since they lost, they hang onto the coattails of the success of OTHER SEC teams in a futile attempt to regain lost pride. This is why we were all chanting SEC. So dumb.

OSU sacrificed their honor and dignity (5 rule breakers that played. Jim Tressel loses some of his integrity.) just to become 1 and 10 against the SEC, furthermore, only scoring 3 pts. In the second half. The Big 10 is the 1 & Ten on a tainted note. Next time you'll be 1 & 11.

@robcoxjr Wow I have never agreed with a Vol either. Cant wait for the game tomorrow. People need to realize we werent the first ones supporting the SEC as a whole. It was other conferences fans. Your actions drew us all together and your damn right we take pride in our conference. When yours wins 5 straight titles despite the world being against us, you would support yours as well. You all created the monster, we took it and ran with it. SEC SEC. 6 straight after this year.

@rekehavoc13 you also have to remember that arkansas was playing in their first bcs bowl game. you have to expect some early jitters. ohio state should know about that vs the sec

if alabama to go against ohio state, i would put aside my hate for them because when an sec team loses, it makes the sec look bad, and thus making my team (LSU) look bad. if bama wins it shows how good sec teams are and how hard it is to play in the conference. if they win then it all goes into helping my team win. and i also hate ohio state with a passion for being able to play in bcs bowls after playing a schedule thats relatively easy and barely making it through.

@mikedawes26 I don't always agree with a Gator but I will today. A "full strength" OSU scraped by Arkansas, and had the committee not allowed certain players to play, Arkansas has this mopped up by 30. Our middle-of-the-road is better than most conferences champs.... For all the people who think that supporting your entire conference is a joke should think different. I might hope the Vols win on any given Saturday, but come bowl season, anyone donning the SEC gets my vote. Even Florida..

@waldy1386 The reason is fans of all other schools and conferences got together thinking they had superiority cause they all shared 1 thing, being sub par when it came to playing against the SEC. Your school couldent beat 1 team so you all rooted for every team playing an SEC team. SEC teams and fans saw how everyone was against them so we ALL took up for our conference and school. You all are the most racist fans when talking down to SEC teams. We do our talkin of the field as you well know !

@robcoxjr Well said sir. OSU finally beat an SEC team in the sugar bowl. Wow you guys are special huh. I seem to remember two title games in which you were completely over whelmed by SEC teams Florida ( my team) and LSU. Ohio State football power is a myth. You play in the big 10. Thats like a Division 3 school compared to the SEC.
