Thanks just did my 05 corolla LE, its got 107K miles on it. My fluid was mostly black. You couldn't even tell it was red. I went to the toyota dealership n visited their parts department n bought T- IV transmission fluid. About $6.50 a court. Not bad since the dealership wanted to charge me like $159 to do it PLUS their $120 service fee! I just saved myself about $250 n crazy wait times. THANKS GUY! :D

You've saved me over £1000. My gears were slipping and all garages I rang said I needed a new gearbox. I then discovered that low transmission oil can cause gera slip. I topped up via the dip stick and problem solved fot £7.99!!

@OIDJose - For which application and why would you want to replace the Toyota T-IV spec fluid?

@deion712 Was there one? or was the Magnet the filter? that was what I went by the magnet . remembering when I owned a 97 Crv tere was an internal one.

@fishycomics Yes there is definitly one, separate from the magnet, but you would have had to drop the pan to get to it, still pretty easy, its underneath of the valve body
