  • Great Keith! Even if he cannot sing, he will always be better than loads of shitty good singers around who have nothing to say!

  • Keith Richards speaking the truth here. Although a Buddy Holly cover, Richards had a reason to play this some 50 years later . . . . because such a thing happens to this day!!

  • These guys have truly done their "roots" homework! Go, KEEEEEEF!!!

  • It is a clip like this that makes me so grateful, as a fan of the Stones, for YouTube. (As much as I get frustrated with other aspects.)

  • This must be the most sincere cover of one of Buddys songs

Keith you are a true disciple of Rock & Roll Thanks for posting

  • dear masters, alias Brians' the rolling stones, please bring this entire gig out on master. I think personally that we deserve it. some girls, retro, ala, but this, this is the peak in their existance, no doubt, and I saw 99 gigs, and lost for that, a house, a boat. I know what is good, and Austin rocks the sky. the setlist, the sound, the way they play, it is one one those days. thank you for bringing this on, who ever did this. by the way, el paso, 1994? anybody has that?

  • Keith signs off acknowledging Buddy Holly.they gave this great song the right touch. .Keith Richards once stated when he needs some creative fire he listens to Buddy Holly

  • Listening to The Rolling Stones doing a great cover version of a classic tune is an indescribable joy - truly outstanding stuff. Thanks much fer this 'un!

  • @dbeater1 keith never gets old

  • A Buddy Holly track Keithified. Marvellous!
