For those who don't know - It's illegal to deliberately slap or throw the ball out in Union. Hunt simply wasn't up to speed on the laws yet, so used his League instincts.

@oscardavis10 in league its smart...in union its dumb. all he needed to do was place the ball down(dive on it) and they would have got the 22m drop out. i find it strange that you say union rules are fucked yet in league you can't strip the ball, and the scrums are pointless. they may aswell just give the team a tap if there isnt even going to be a contest for the ball. either way i play both sports and enjoy both, i just find your comment hypocryitical.

@itank16 As a professional player, he should have known that rule. Yeah I'm just saying he's a douche here, not in general. I thought he was an awesome rugby league player too

@SuRXtC yeah you're right, i've seen this one other time in union, and honestly i don't understand why it's a faul.. it's preventing the opposite side to score wich is the whole goal of defending... :s
