  • Compressor -is nothing more than automatic volume control.

    The sequencer in this video is Presonus Studio one.

  • @Eumusic1 Also, remember that compression can be used as an effect - such as sidechain compression.

  • @Eumusic1 Not really. While it controls volume, it also controls Dynamics. While volume is a representation of Dynamics, it is very different in practice. Yes, Studio one was used. Compressors are much the same in most any DAW. Thanks for watching.
