I'm not certain that it's meant to have a "core" meaning, but it seems to be about a guy who starts out as mischievous kid and, as a result of that going unchecked, becomes something of a criminal.

Imagine a prankster who accidentally goes too far with his jokes: the song seems to be directed toward that person, and the singer is someone more experienced in the sabotaging of other peoples' lives and well-being. It's most likely gay, although the relationship could be about partners in crime.

What is it about ?? I mean I understand the song as I can translate it into spanish, but it's a story or ahh yeah what is it about ?
