Tummy exercises are actually most beneficial for the back. Pain in the lower back that can't be allocated to an actual disfunction of the bone/spinal disc can be relieved by appropriate exercises.

  • Thanks @bubbleegal! Glad that you like it. And I am glad that somebody is looking at the basics wanting to know why things are the way they are and learning from it. It's the best way to find a personal path through all this advice stuff. Did you find the leg exercise video, it's in the 'Live and Let Live' playlist ? Not the best camera technique, but the exercises are great. And I have a blog on it' on my YouTube profile (no link posting here ...) Best wishes to you
