Have you had problems with dust or moisture getting in? I can't tell for sure but it looks like the back crystal has some holes in it for the key wind and set.

YES! This watch has two holes in it for the key wind and set.
Therefore Scotch Tape is necessary to do practical use of this watch. :-)
