Fun in New York with Jocie Wang ( 王昕琨) featured Ghenet Ethiopian restaurant. It offers exotic cuisines from Ethiopia which requires eating with hands.
To make eating with hands easier, Ethiopian people created towel-like pancakes called "injera". It is made with ancient grain called "teff." Teff was grounded and fermented, making the final product injera taste like sourdough bread. Ethiopia also has the most interesting coffee making ritual.

  • INJERA LOVE IT HMMM

  • @AbyssinianLife This food reviewer is one of the rudest bi atch I've ever seen. Disregarding the hostess. Giving snarky comments...."so we're supose to eat like cows!???" Didn't those words process before it came out of her mouth?

  • what happened to the sound.

  • Ayii , the injera looks that it needs some TLC. but very color full veggie and presentation. the kitfor looks good so does the restaurant itself. but again, Injera needs a little ersho or whatever is missing,

    Good job !
