I am trying to have a cell empty if there is no value in another cell. I want to see if anyone can help me, if cell a3 is blank or empty I want g3 to show no value, just to let you you know that g3 has value in it. Thanks in advance

Use this formula in cell G3

=IF(A3,"YES","")

You can replace "YES" with any text string, or you could reference another cell. i.e. you coould put "YES" in cell H1, and replace "YES" with $H$1

Pretty comprehensive...
I myself would prepare 3 spreadsheets for a Camel! Next time, add a good hefty "THOO!!" after the cough, and some spittle effects on the screen afterwards...I WOULD!
