I agree Mordecai and Selkies are 2 of my favorite songs as well, followed by Prequel To the Sequel.

@SUBLIMEDUDESTP that's an excellent explanation. Those are some dope songs too, and they are very tech your right. But i like the tech more ( not by much )

@WeAreOffHanded I liked silent circus more then colors. It has a certain rawness too it that you dont find in later albums. Don't get me wrong, I think colors is awesome, It's definitally more technical, but when I think about it, my 2 favorite btbam songs are mordecai and selkies. pre colors

@GoongalaGoongala i'm not trying to spark a common youtube brawl, but how the fuck do you dislike colors man? i think it's legit awesome. i'd have to say im the complete opposite, i don't really like the scraggly vocals in this but i prefer the outrageous guitar parts in colors and the harmonies too

This album was released when I was 10. I wish I had it at the time, I would have been so freaked out from it at the time that I'd probably love it lol.

@Carlito148 I think fans of classic BTBAM( the s/t and Silent Circus)generally have a hard time enjoying the newer stuff. Their sound, fundamentally, has changed even if some might argue that it hasn't. Lets remember, after Silent Circus they replaced members on Drums,Bass, and Guitar, thats a fairly big change. For me,Alaska was the last classic BTBAM release. And yes,I've listened to the new stuff and have tried to get into it. Colors was the closet I've came to getting into any post Alaska BTBAM.

I think the fact that the band went through several member changes after this album is probably the main reason why the band just doesn't really sound the same anymore (At least not to me). I enjoyed the follow-up to this album, Alaska, but have had a hard time getting into anything after. I really tried with Colors but I think the band has just passed me by. The s/t and Silent Circus are still two really great Progressive Metalcore albums IMO.
I now prefer Glass Casket to BTBAM.
thanks for posting this. the only instance of this song i could find on youtube.
the ending kicks major ass

i love how they took a great hardcore song and put a blues spin on it at the end its awesome when band think outside the box and try to incorperate other styles of music together to make an amazing song like this
