Taken from the Taiwanese film 《英烈千秋》 (Hero martyr forever) filmed in 1974 and casted by Taiwanese actor Ke Jyun Syong 柯俊雄, the movie depicted the National Revolutionary Army's heroic act during the Sino-Japanese war in China WWII. The main hero is Chinese general Zhang Zizhong 張自忠, who was unfortunately killed in WWII.

Zhang Zizhong is not just honored in Taiwan, but also in mainland China.

The National Revolutionary Army was the prior military body before it became the Republic of China Armed Force in 1947.

In dedication to National Revolutionary Army who fought bravely during WWII.
