coming from a black person i still think that john mayer is the best! yes i admit that what he said in the interview about his sexual preference was a fantasy killer lol but i dont think what he said about the "hood pass" or the "nigger pass" was meant to be taken soo literal i mean he was basically sayin that if he really had a "hood pass" it shouldnt really matter if he said the word nigger i mean but yall cant fault the man for having his sexual preferences.

Do NOT try to intellectualize what was at BEST just stupid frat humor. Get real, talkin' about irony and shit. Just cause he hung out with Chappelle a little bit he thought he knew his way around black culture and intellectual bravado, those are qualities of Dave Chappelle, not John Mayer. This is the EXACT reason Dave Chappelle left the game for a hot min. He too smart and there were too many dummies around him. Gotta be kidding, talkin' bout irony bullshit PLEASE!
