@Firgomez91 A heel is the villian. The heel is normally booed and can sometimes insult the fans to get a reaction. The face is the hero who works for good and tries to please the fans. They rarely if ever cheat to win.

@Firgomez91 It can be confusing sometimes like with stone cold steve austin cause he displays some heel characteristics yet he's cheered by the crowd but the majority of the time he pleases the fans :)
