Here's the short version of my baking-stone method for pizza. No instructions to read....just straight video to visualize the process from beginning to end of baking, to the aftermath when the pizza is ready to bite into.

If you're new to my videos, and you would like to learn more about making great pizza at home, check out my other pizza-making videos for the full version of the process with complete instructions.

  • Just a question: do you have na upper broiller in this oven?

  • @danmota83 Yes, there is a broiler at the top of the oven compartment, although I don't use it when baking pizza. I suppose I could use it, but I get the results I want without it...

  • Glad to hear that it turned out well. Yes, baking pizza on a stone really makes a difference. Bake it hot and fast, and you'll get perfect crust every time. Try it with the wheat gluten sometime--I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

  • Iono u could try... Talking

  • Your pizza has a butt on it. But it sure looks tasty anyway!

  • Very nice. Pizza is one of mankinds greatest inventions. I make my own every week. It is easy to do with a breadmachine to the heavy lifting. Just put the ingredients in the maker, then go watch the game for a half hour. Then roll out the dough, spread on sauce, cheese, and toppings. Cook for a few minutes and there it is in time for the half time break!

  • good job brooo

  • Wow, Fresh baked pizza :) it looks too good to be a homemade one.

  • what a mad cunt

  • Nice series on making a pizza. I just finished making a video of my own recipe. I don't cook the sauce and I use a bread machine for the dough. We have pizza at least once a week and homemade is the best. Check out my great dessert for the pizza dinner - Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream!
