how long did it take you to render this? i feel as though the liquid is always viscous and doesnt have the same effect as water, looks like syrup. 3ds max wins at this one

Sadly, I didn't have an outflow (0_0)
I did have an inflow though, here are the settings:
0.70 on the z axis :)

It's really nice :)
You could try an outflow on the bottom, if you'd just want the fountain and not the spashes :)
