Ednon - Playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent

My friend Sarah suggested I play this because it was supposed to be a scary game. Since it's Halloween weekend, I decided to give it a try. I turned the lights off, put my headset on, got the volume at a comfortably loud level and fired the game up.

Maybe I just wasn't in the right mental state, but I didn't particularly enjoy this game. It felt slow and sluggish, and I didn't feel any impending doom of whatever ghost or monster was supposed to be stalking me.
