I have heard that the beautiful Dentzel/Looff carousel at Casino in Seaside Heights NJ, and it's band organ are for sale. This song was on one of their rolls and brought back memories. They never recorded their band organ music. So sad!

It actually uses both, now it's using rolls.

Last Saturday, I got to ride the Paragon Park carousel,at Nantasket in Hull, MA. with my fiance', Martha, and her friend, Barbara. I loved every minute of it, I'm 63, and use a walker, yet I still rode on it, despite my balance. Now, I'm turned on to carousels!
BTW, does the Wurlitzer 153 band organ, use rolls or a MIDI interface?

I have a recording of this roll. U can buy a CD of this organ. wurliTzer organ variteis is a recording of recreation park carousel.

sounds like it was playing on rolls,
but on the midi function it sound's ok.
