@D3dclan a two way splitter isnt actually made perfectly to split up a signal into 2.
it actually does what it says it does , splits the signal leaving both signals missing part of the signal. This results in worse quality than the "splitter box". The "splitter box" is actually called a VDA or video distribution amplifier in which it doesnt just split the signal, it actually takes the signal and replicates it so when it is sent to each output no info. gets lost making it higher quality video.

@DoNaVaNq I think you need to use the dazzle software because you are recording with the dazzle, but I'm not sure you can try to mess with it. I don't have vegas so sorry I can't be of more help.

Here is what i got from your statement:
1. Your computer only uses audio devices (so maybe you mean you don't have a video-out feature?)
2. You have the proper cables
3. Video is not recording
Are you trying to record you playing a game on your PC, on your Computer? Or are you trying to record a game on a console like a PS3 or Xbox360 etc ?
This setup isn't really designed to record your computer screen since most computers don't have S-Video and standard audio out.

Also to note, even if your computer did have a video out feature the only way in which this setup would be beneficial would be if you used another computer to record your game. This would then let you play your game on your computer at full speed while using another computer to record. Usually trying to record and play an intense game like an FPS game is too much for the computer to handle, at least if you want to record with passable quality.
