Fuck I was watching this while on the couch smoking marijuana and planning burglaries when I figured out that the idea that "lorr and order" is a root cause is logically retarded. Thinking about dole bludgers, maybe general lack of employment opportunity and the prevalence of service industry jobs that carry minimum or minimal wages that haven't been able to match inflation is a better place to start. @KidKenobiii according to jail statistics, Pacific Islanders make up only 10% of the population.This is over 20% less then Europeans. Obviously in terms of ratio, Islanders are more likely to end up in prison, but Banks really knows how to exaggerate. His comment doesn't achieve anything except undeservedly demonize the Polynesians(including Maori) even more.
