The only ones that can take legal action against him is the bank if they want to file a law suit, which is not going to happen because the bank has to pay the the expensive court fees. Or the prior owners of the house who got foreclosed on. Other than that if he stays in the house for 3 yrs its his. Ohh well! finally you have a blackman that can play their game and beat them at it. Now just imagine if all black people started doing this.

wise black man, if you were any wiser you'd try to sell your home (which is clearly too large for 1 person) at market price and make 18750% profit. It's difficult to say whether this would piss off your white neighbors that much more but it's the optimum choice

@ReturnoftheBrotha I agree. Here in North Carolina a $300,000 is high end. My point is regardless of race...anyone who invests in homeownership would rather have someone living next to them that they know actually qualified for and can afford the home. With this guy it is risky at best.
