11 -- Creation 'Science' Made Easy

Creation Science is fairly simple to understand. The conclusion is laid out for you -- just read Genesis -- so there's nothing to investigate. The question is whether this really is science. Even i...

actually, it's not more logical to believe in a creator. We've never seen someone create dna, never seen how it was created, why it was created, where it was created or even when it was created.

It's illogical to assume that there is a creator, when you don't know anything about how it was created.

Natural selection, however, does help to explain how it changes and becomes more complex.

Evolution, Physics, Cosmology, Anthropogenics, History and many other fields of science as we know them now function without any external agents, any gods included. They simply neither need nor require them, nor has any trace of them has ever been recorded in those fields.

To postulate existence of a god there is not only an unsubstantiated claim - as it is in general - it's in direct conflict with reality of the matter.

Wherever your god of the gaps is hiding, it's not there.

You are making, in order: unsubstantiated assumption, self-contradiction and a non-sequitir with that claim.

Actually there is such a thing. Two, even: DNA and RNA. Neither needs any creator to form or function.

We certainly can credit objects and forces for what they do. Once God shows up in any way, shape of form and asserts that he is an additional step to functioning of everything in reality - which he currently isn't - then we'll credit him. Until then, you are in breach of Occam's Razor.

You are correct in saying all of it is being copied. You are, however, wrong in saying all of it is being used in the sense of maintaining an organism.

DNA can't decide "what to do with proteins that it makes" any other than way than by producing more proteins to control other proteins (in a very, very generalised sense).

No, it isn't and no, it isn't. Most of our DNA is not used to code for proteins, and even a common CD is a much more efficient, diverse and higher-capacity storage system.

No one's saying it happened by accident. Although you do seem to be saying it happened by magic, which is, of course, a whole lot more ridiculous.

Saying there is a creator is an unsubstantiated leap of faith, not logic. Which is why it's called "faith".

"Just because you don't know of something does not mean that it does not exist." True.
It also doesn't mean that it Does exist either.

It is a huge leap of logic to assume there IS a creator. The more we discover through real science the more the universe makes sense and the need to postulate that a god created it all is no longer needed.

Since God stretched out the fabric of this universe, it stands to reason that He is above and beyond the time space dimension. What I am saying is that there is no known thing in the entire known universe that is able to make billions of observable digits of directives that order the formation of every life form there is. You cannot credit objects that are able to do nothing of themselves. You cannot credit static forces. You cannot credit anything in this physical realm. You have to credit God.

Wrong. The information in DNA is all actively being transcribed and used in each of the cells. The majority of the information is what to do with the proteins that it makes. It stands to reason because there has to be instructions on how to get things where they are supposed to be.

Everything else is information on how to use the genetic information but it is all being used and much of it is used for more than one transcription. It is the single most technologically advanced information storage system in existence and to suggest that it all happened by accident is ludicrous.
