Serious are you stupid? Lars plays the drums like if he's pissed. He goes with the lryics and obvious that he has feelings of every song they release. All music is about expressing you're feelings.

I know playing softly takes a certain skill but I just couldn't live with myself If I played a metallica song with such a light touch. Just playing heel down is enough to send me to sleep. I know Lars has his haters but jeeez...ROLL WITH IT MAN!
