Put This On host Jesse Thorn visits the legendary traditional clothing store J. Press to talk about classic American style with menswear veteran Jay Walter. Then a talk with designer Thom Browne, whose signature is tweaking that tradition.
Oh, and Thom Browne does do some crazy stuff, but look at his attire for the episode--conservative and clean. The only thing is that his tie is a little small compared to his lapel width, but he can do what he wants. He's Thom Browne :)
I absolutely loved the interviewees. The first seems like an incredibly sober and sweet man that brings the old-world no-nonsense mentality. Thom Browne is a humble, soft-spoken designer. Great episode!
thom browne reminds me of paul smith, classics with a twist

Nice, I really liked the contrast between the two interview subjects. I'd love to see you guys take a good look at vests one day...

@daloc22 Thom was laughing with him, and Jesse laughed in a respectful way. Come on, it's three-legged trousers...
