For all of you asking, i did it with a hair dryer and it worked fine. But as it gives less heat it took me about 15-20 mins of heating

@felixreyes223 That's not at all what it means. 3 red lights usually means cold solder under the GPU, but it depends on the error code. 4 red lights mean the AV cable is broken or it's just not plugged in right. 2 red lights mean the console is overheated.
