i'm very sad for ur lost its sad when u lose a loved one. I lost my ferrets about a yr ago they are more famliy then pets. my heart gose out to everyone thats lost a ferret may they all R.I.P.

we just put our ferret asleep 2 days ago. She had adrenal gland tumor..she was 11 years old..the oldest ferret the vet had seen.

Thank you all for your responses. Weezie was very special little girl, and I will never, ever forget her. But her passing opened the door for me to love several more fuzzies, too... In fact, the thing that finally got me over her death was bringing ferrets into the house again. I don't ever see me living without ferrets... they are too adorable for words! Worth every sigh, laugh, and tear.
