Your biggest mistake was turn 2 when you kept small stepping it with the engineer. You should've moved at least a shock trooper to the left sandbags in the base.

They're like level 7. Seriously outside of Selvaria everyone is trash. In some of the battles later on I had to reload saves like 5 or 6 times just to get a sniper to make a shot.

Seriously don't know if it's possible to A rank some of these missions without doing that because the CP are so tight.

What level are the troops? The tanks seem to be crap, and the sniper had like 101 hp :D
