Ed Wynn's problems in mastering his role in this production were later dramatized (with Ed and Keenan appearing as themselves) in a 1960 "DESILU PLAYHOUSE" episode, "The Man in the Funny Suit". CBS and the producers were so sure Ed wouldn't be able to handle the part, they secretly had Ned Glass {who appeared in the production as a bartender} standing by as his understudy, IF he faltered at the last minute.
This was Ed Wynn's first dramatic acting role, and up until the time it went out LIVE, it was uncertain whether he could do the part, because he had trouble learning his lines. But inspite of his moving his lips while his scene partner is speaking, he pulled it off splendidly, and won the Emmy Award that year for this role.
You're an idiot, a perfect example of the stupidity you're trying to point out in others. Or should I say, "your" an idiot? You either made a horrific usage error or a pathetic attempt at a pun. Please-- continue to make comical attempts at insults while mired in your own blind vanity.
Incidentally, that's Edgar Stehli as the doctor; he later appeared opposite Kevin McCarthy in the "TWILIGHT ZONE" episode, "Long Live Walter Jameson".

I don't think I've ever seen Keenan and Ed Wynn onscreen together. Talented family.
