Laos: Travel through Vang Vieng & Vientiane

Danberly heads south through Laos. They encounter a drunk minivan driver, some caves, a picturesque swimming hole, and made a startling discovered that Dan seems to have a mohawk.

@BgirlAustralia yeh, Vientiane is a rip off now, I was working as a teacher in bangkok and made numerous journeys there, first went there in 1999, was of the beaten track then, now they have roads with tar :)

I gashed my chest open in that pool, we hired mountainbikes to ride there to see the caves, I couldnt ride my bike home. Held the rope and ran clockwise, there was a crude bamboo ladder going up the tree, I hit it, ow! great memories 1999, cheers for posting this, brought back fond memories :)

@MauroSiringa There is a hike to go see a Buddah statue in a cave. Bring a headlamp. This amazing river is right at the base of the trail, you can't miss it. I wish I could swim there right now :)
