Hey.
I'm running it on E4500 Core2Duo 1.8GHz, 8600GT & 1GB DDR2, and I don't even have 60fps... IMO, it comes from the fact that I'm using it through a GNU/Linux OS...Maybe that adding 1GB DDR2 will make it.

Quiet good, but..
Go to Options -> Show
Turn on first option & turn off second option
You should see 60 fps on good computer
