Just remember that , . . while meditating as long as you can
until you stop thinking while very awake.

Your Mind (ego) felt attacked once and now will try to prevent it by generating thoughts as never before.
But perseverence works specially if you praise God before You start.
It would be great if a Holy person gave you a Mantram to repeat
But if it works you NEED a Guide.
Because the Inside world is much more dangerous than this our outside world here.
